The garden has been carefully planted to give year round interest with particular emphasis on colour and scent .There are over 50 varieties of roses, many of them shrub roses from David Austin nursery which is a 45 minute drive away.
The house is set in wonderful walking country: maps and advice provided. You may also bring your own horses: grazing available at £5 per horse per night. There are many excellent places to eat nearby all within 15 minutes drive, and our picturesque local pub The Bottle and Glass in Picklescott is just over a mile away.
